I wouldn't say that I have low hanging balls, but there is nothing worse than having to go to the rest room in the middle of the night and getting that very unpleasant cold shooting up your body because you just realized that your balls are resting in toilet water. The toilet seats could sit a little higher up if you ask me. Other than that, it was ok.

The hotel is quiet, perfect for relaxing. The facilities were great. The breakfast offers lots of food options, including eggs and bacon. It is located in a quiet area, ideal for enjoying nearby restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

the next time we go back to san antonio i will be choosing this hotel again. The rooms were spot on. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast they served really filled us up so thank you for that. The staff were so helpful and always had smiles on their faces. LOVED IT!!!!!

The location wasnt the best however if you wanted to go downtown they have a shuttle service to take you.

Bed was great. I was tempted to tear off the sheets and see what kind it was. Nice, semi-firm, just right for me and spouse said so too. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Food tasted fresh and not warmed over, even late in the morning. Rosemary was keeping every thing full and cleaned up. Lots of dining space and mini-waffle maker was faster than most.

I meant to mention to desk, but forgot. When I filled drinking glass from bathroom sink with cold water it looked cloudy. I filled same glass from food prep area sink and the water was clear?

The breakfast selection, especially the eggs and bacon, was fantastic, and the location near the Tower of America was stunning, all at a price that was much more reasonable than other nearby hotels.

Location: the hotel was not far from Riverwalk / Alamo and the Riverwalk, Alamo and Tower of America and downtown areas. I tried some drinks at bar Ringside Sports Bar, located 5 minutes walk away. The room was reasonably large, updated with all facilities required. The breakfast was warm and delicious; eggs and bacon.

Comfortable furnishings in the room, like a writing table, a cozy couch, and a chair. the bed was awesome! 💤

Far from riverwalk and all the fun activities

The staff here were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left, our room was nicely updated with a king bed and a Jacuzzi, and there was a great variety of breakfast items like eggs and bacon provided.

People were great. Room was good and clean. Loved being picked up and dropped off. No complaints.

It was a little pricey but other than that no complaints. Didn't like that we couldn't change our reservation.

Great spot near The Alamo History Museum! The room with a king-size bed was nicely updated, and the food was delicious. The staff was super friendly 😊.

Breakfast was good , loved the shuttle to the riverwalk .

That their is only one elevator

This place provides complimentary breakfast and features clean, well-designed rooms equipped with a sleeper sofa and microwave.

Location is in an undesirable part of San Antonio and although it is within walking distance of Downtown.....it wouldn't be worth the risk.
